蘿蔔炆牛腩

蘿蔔炆牛腩
材料:肥牛腩兩塊、蘿蔔數根、八角、薑片、蔥
調味料︰淡醬油、濃醬油、冰糖、水
做法
1. 先把整塊肥牛腩加蔥和薑汆水
2. 把八角用袋子裝好,連同牛腩放進鍋中
3. 加進調味料,水的份量要足以蓋住牛腩
4. 蓋上鍋蓋炆至沸騰,熄火後繼續焗
5. 再開爐火煮一會,取起牛腩切塊
6. 把蘿蔔切塊,加進原鍋牛腩汁內煮軟,與牛腩一同上桌
