椰汁年糕 (觀眾陳太提供)


材料:
蔗糖一磅、糯米粉四百克、澄麵二百五十克、粘米粉四湯匙、椰漿一大罐、水一又三分之二杯

做法
1. 開慢火用水把蔗糖煮溶,熄火待涼
2. 用篩子過濾糯米粉、澄麵、粘米粉,加椰漿用手揉勻,再倒進糖水拌勻
3. 在糕盤裡掃油,隔著篩子倒進粉漿,用大火蒸約一小時即可
