生磨薯仔餅 (由觀眾Betty and Michelle 提供)
材料:薯仔三個、冬菇數粒、臘腸一條、蝦米半碗、蔥數條、豬肉一片
做法
1. 先將薯仔磨至呈蓉狀
2. 將臘腸、冬菇、蝦米及豬肉切粒,然後落鑊爆香
3. 將臘腸、冬菇、蝦米及豬肉粒加入薯蓉拌勻,再加入少許鹽及胡椒粉,最後加入蔥
4. 用手將薯蓉搓成球狀,再落鑊煎至金黃即成
(註:可以個人喜好將煎改為蒸,蒸好加入生抽即可)
