蒸豆腐

蒸豆腐
材料:布包豆腐二至三片、蔥數條、油半碗
調味料:生抽、糖、水 適量
製法
1. 先將豆腐斜切成片,蒸約兩分鐘
2. 將蔥切粒,灑於豆腐上
3. 將油煮熱,淋於豆腐上,最後加入調味汁即可
