炸石斑

炸石斑
材料 : 石斑魚半條、麵包糠一包、麵粉半包、雞蛋兩隻
製法
1. 將蛋打勻,再將石斑切開約三份
2. 在石斑上灑上胡椒粉及少許鹽醃至入味
3. 將麵包糠及麵粉分別放在碟內待用
4. 將石斑先搽上麵粉,再蘸上蛋漿,最後蓋上麵包糠
5. 鑊內加入大量油,將石斑炸至金黃即可
