豉油雞

醬油雞
材料:雞一隻、薑兩片
調味料︰濃醬油、淡醬油、片糖四分之三塊、玫瑰露酒、水
做法
1. 把薑和調味料下鍋煮開,再放雞
2. 用慢火煮,每隔五分鐘翻動一次,煮約四十五分鐘即成
