蒸蟹缽

蒸蟹缽
材料:膏蟹數隻、蔥白、蛋六隻、肥豬肉一塊
調味料︰古月粉、鹽、油
做法
1. 把蟹黃挖出,加古月粉拌勻
2. 切碎蔥白,剁碎肥豬肉備用
3. 拌勻雞蛋,下鹽調味,再加進蟹黃、蔥白、肥豬肉拌勻
4. 把螃蟹切掉蟹腳再切件,放進缽子調味
5. 把蛋漿倒進蟹缽,蒸約二十五分鐘即成
